Please ensure you make a request within 21 days of your order being received.

Refunds or replacements may be provided if:

  • You receive a faulty product. Please note that given the herbal nature of our supplements, there may be a difference in appearance between batches.
  • You receive a product that has been damaged during transit (pictures need to be provided).
  • Approved returns must be returned to PO BOX 79 Werribee VIC 3030(Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless agreed otherwise.)


Reasons we may not refund your order if:

  • There is a delay in delivery once it leaves our premises.
  • An error was made concerning the delivery information provided when placing the order.
  • An authority to leave without a signature resulting in a missing parcel.

  • It can be claimed once per household and only for one product, even if your order contained multiple items.
  • Requests made after 21 days from delivery may not be eligible.

3. Returns

  • We may ask you to return the unused portion of the product in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, even if the products were shipped under a free shipping offer. The final refund will be adjusted for these fees.

4. Where It Applies

5. Fair Use
